Your time is sacred, and so is mine. This policy protects both. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule any live session up to 48 hours before your appointment. Life happens. Just give the time back early enough for someone else to use it. CANCELLATIONS • 48+ hours before your session: full refund. • Less than 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is kept. • No-shows: the full fee is kept. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. PRE-RECORDED READINGS The date you choose on the calendar holds your place in my queue. No live attendance is needed. Once I've begun your reading, it can't be refunded, because the work is already underway. Delivery is within 1–2 weeks of your queue date.
