Cancellation Policy
At The Daughter of NI9E, we understand that life happens. Clients may cancel their own bookings at any time and reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. However, please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to manage time effectively and ensure availability for all clients.
